1. Payment Policy
– Your pre-booking fee can be paid online to secure your order.
– Once you have placed your order online and paid your pre-booking fee, we will contact you to discuss the next steps to pay the balance booking fee and finalize your purchase.
– A receipt for your online payment will be emailed to you within 48 hours of completing the transaction.
– The developer must ensure this receipt is sent to the email ID of the finance department (jetoursales@mhd.co.om) and the admin team.
2. Cancellation / Refund Policy
– If you wish to cancel after paying the pre-booking fee, the cancellation and refund will be subject to our terms and conditions. Please contact us for more details on our toll-free number: 80080222 or email us at jetoursales@mhd.co.om.
– Please note that you will have to provide proof of payment and all relevant communication for reference.
– Refunds for pre-booking will be reviewed based on the status of your order and applicable terms.
– Refund of the pre-booking amount will be processed within 60 days from the date of approval.
– Delivery of vehicles is subject to terms and conditions at the showroom.
– Paying a pre-booking fee secures your order but does not guarantee product availability until final confirmation and payment completion.
– We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances.
– Any transaction fees applied by your bank or payment provider are not covered by us.
